Let instructor, Stacey Quade help you decide if going gluten- and dairy-free is right for you. Class participants will learn the basic immune function response that causes a reaction and how to identify conditions and symptoms that could be manifesting from a food sensitivity. You will also learn strategies, lifestyle changes, and resources to assist with eliminating allergens and improve wellness by understanding the process of how the body heals from allergies and what to expect.
