Saturday, October 8, Natural Harvest is joined by the 218 Taphouse & the Iron Range Partnership for Sustainability for a day of great food, live music and family fun at the second annual CO-OP FEST! This year’s event features music by two local favorites, Hobo Revival and Big Waves & Bonfires. Alex will, once again, create a delicious winter squash stew (both a veggie and a meat version) highlighting the fresh produce being harvested by our local growers. And for the young ones in the bunch, turkey sloppy joes will be on hand. New this year – kombucha on tap from Prohibition Kombucha! And of course it wouldn’t be Co-op Fest without a bouncy house and a popcorn maker! All profits donated to our local growers! October 8th from 11 to 3pm. Everyone Welcome!
And do not forget about the Blue & White 5K Fun Run starting at 10am at Olcott Park. The route includes the trail around Bailey’s Lake and Natural Harvest will be set up to refresh and cheer the runners on as they pass! For more details about the 5K run or to register, click here.
