Roasted Pumpkin Seeds


  • Boil your seeds in salted water for 10 min. (2 cups water and 1 Tbsp salt per cup of seeds.)
  • Drain seeds, drizzle with a little bit of olive oil, and spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in a 400° oven for 10 to 20 minutes depending on size of seeds, until they are lightly browned.
  • Turn oven off and let seeds dry out in oven until cool.
