Maple Vinaigrette Recipe


2 T. maple vinegar
Pinch of salt
A few grinds of pepper
1 t. dijon (or other) mustard
1/2 t. maple syrup (up to 1 teaspoon total, to your taste)
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil


  1. Whisk all the ingredients (except the olive oil) together.
  2. Slowly add olive oil, whisking vigorously until all the oil is added.
  3. Enjoy on a winter salad!  Try pears and blue cheese with your greens, or apples and bacon.  A few walnuts or pecans scattered on top would be great!
