Ashley’s Fabulous Radish Dip

Inspired by a visit to Becky Pretasky’s Meadowlands Farm.


  • 3/4 cup radish, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup onion diced (red is best)
  • 1 brick of softened cream cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Mix it all together.

Serve with veggies, as a sandwich spread, by the spoonful, or on the multigrain cracker of your choice. Enjoy!
