Join instructor Rebecca Ekmark for an introduction to Ki Gong. Ki gong (or Qigong) is a method of combining mindful movement and the breath to improve health. Ki gong can be done sitting or standing, and the movements are gentle and easy to follow. For the 90 minute class you will spend some time learning how posture, breath, and movement can help to improve circulation, reduce stress, and help in numerous other ways. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat. Rebecca is a level 4 ki gong instructor at Range Martial Arts East.
